I am so sick of talking about politics, I can only imagine how the rest of you feel.
CNN has pretty much predicted the election in Obama's favor. My work here is done. Heh.
In closing, let me leave you with a quote from my original desi homie, M.K. Gandhi (yes, the Gandhi, as in Mahatma):
So, now that we have an awesome president, let's play nice, everybody.
Oh...and just in case we all wake up in some *%$&ed up reality where John McCain is our president, here's another quote from our American Mahatma, Thomas Jefferson:

It *is* true!! So funny that I've become so cynical that I still felt like I needed to put the little note at the bottom about JM possibly winning. Let's see if the next four years turns me back into an idealist.

@RW: Thank you, your wet blanketness. Of course, you're right. I have to say, more than his words last night, the look on President elect Obama's (swooon) face was what moved me the most. I saw that he understood the gravity of the situation that we are all facing together, and I felt like he was looking right at me saying, "I need you to make this happen." It was very inspiring.

LOL. No. Same guy. Mahatma, besides meaning "Great soul" in Sanskrit, also means "the guy who went to high school with earl." It's a complex, yet beautiful language.
